Easy to remember techniques use inexpensive supplies from the art and hardware store. Traditional artist oil or acrylic paint or dry pigments can be combined with any image or text for unique effects that are archival. Most image techniques can be completed using Adobe Photo Elements if you are not yet up to speed with more complex Adobe Photoshop.
